This may be a photo of Mary Coogan, the first Coogan family emigrant from Ballyloughan. Mary sailed for America in 1850. If this is her emigration photo, then the older gentleman pictured with her against a photography studio's painted cathedral backdrop would be her father, Mathew Coogan, 1795-1860.
